Our TEO Process

  1. Our clients provide us access to their telecom records,
    copies of their service contracts and last three months
    of bills.
  2. We carry out an in-depth analysis of our clients' telecom
    infrastructure and pull together an executive summary of
    our findings and savings recommendations.
  3. Our clients then make a simple Go/No-Go business
    decision of whether to implement our savings
    recommendations or not.
  4. On receiving client approval, we oversee the
    implementation of our savings recommendations, again
    at no cost to the client.
  5. Our service fees are funded from a portion of the
    savings realized.
